Job Title: CDL Class A Driver – Food Waste Collection & Recycling
Location: Altoona, PA

Pay:
• $29/hr
• Weekly pay
• Overtime after 40 hours

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Start time: 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM
• Approximately 10-hour days
• Home Daily
• Consistent routes week to week

- Route can be ran out of Smithton, PA - State College, PA or Altoona, PA. In Smithton there is a location already to park the truck but if you are out of Altoona or State College we will find a location for you to park the truck. We will accept applications around all 3 areas.

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities:
• Operate 30'–45' open-top dump trailers (combination vehicles)
• Load, haul, and deliver food waste from grocery stores and other customer locations
• Complete approximately 15–25 stops per day
• Operate within a 70–80 mile radius
• Use an electric pallet jack to load and unload materials
• Power wash bins to remove debris and maintain cleanliness

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Valid CDL Class A License required
• Valid DOT Medical Card required
• Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A driving experience required
• Roll-off experience preferred
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable working around food waste and unpleasant odors
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Equipment & Additional Information:
• Manual and automatic transmission trucks available (restrictions accepted)
• No slip seating
• Trucks are 5 years old or newer
• Trucks equipped with cameras
• Primarily servicing grocery store accounts
• Home daily position

MVR Requirements:
• Clean MVR preferred
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years

Dress Code:
• Steel-toed boots required
• Company-provided T-shirts
