We are seeking a proactive technical master ready for a \"road warrior\" lifestyle, bringing 5+ years of specialized CNC service experience and an in-depth understanding of parametric programming and ladder logic. location: Boston, Massachusetts job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 110,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Comprehensive Machine Servicing: Perform a wide range of tasks involving the repair, operation, and retrofitting of complex CNC machine tools across various manufacturers. Advanced Troubleshooting: Use precision test equipment to analyze and resolve intricate mechanical and electrical problems, including circuitry to the component level and servo system tuning. Major Rebuilds & Retrofits: Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machine tool sub-assemblies, ensuring perfect alignment, leveling, and first-time power-up success. Autonomous Field Operations: Independently organize and complete service calls, managing your own schedule, reporting, and customer communications with limited supervision.
