Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC strongly preferred, CFY considered) Experience in pediatric and/or school-based SLP services Ability to supervise Clinical Fellows (for CCC applicants) Strong knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and goal setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere Key Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy to 2nd – 4th grade students Develop and implement IEPs, collect data, and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Supervise and mentor a Clinical Fellow, offering guidance and constructive feedback Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Use a private, dedicated therapy room for all sessions—no shared spaces or interruptions This position allows you to focus on high-quality interventions in a stable, focused setting.
