Class B Delivery Driver

We are in search of a Class B Delivery Driver to join our growing team. Starting Pay Rate – $25.65 per hour. Responsibilities Operate and safely drive assigned delivery vehicle Pick‑up loads and organize goods in an ordered manner Ensure contents are properly secured inside of the truck to prevent breakage or damage Safely and efficiently handle and unload goods at selected destinations Maintain the predetermined route and ensure timely deliveries Communicate with dispatch as needed Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document Perform inspections of vehicle prior to and following each trip Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs Comply with ICC and DOT regulations Ideal Candidate Valid Class B driver’s license High school or GED equivalent Experience with local and inside deliveries Experience driving straight truck (bobtail 24ft–26ft) – manual transmission preferred Able to use lift gate, operate pallet jacks, hand truck & dollies 2+ years of delivery driver experience Driving record meets company safety standards Ability to pass pre‑placement drug testing Must maintain a DOT Medical Card for the role Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time Able to operate an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc. Proficient using GPS and other routing systems High level of composure and good stress management Compensation & Benefits This is a union position with a starting pay rate of $25.65 per hour in accordance with the CBA.
