$100,500 - $135,000 yearly

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective representation.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery, with precision and attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and trials, advocating passionately and strategically to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to develop case strategies that align with our firm's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and stay informed on the latest developments in family law.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidance to ensure they are informed and confident throughout the legal process.
• Participate in firm meetings and contribute to a culture of open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement in our legal services.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• 2 + years of family law experience preferred (will consider strong candidates with relevant litigation or clerkship experience).
• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and discretion in client interactions.
• Proficiency in case management and legal billing software is a plus.
