Job Summary:

Assist physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients through therapeutic interventions such as exercises, massage, and gait training. Play a crucial role in supporting patient progress and ensuring effective treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Implement treatment plans under the supervision of physical therapists.
  
  
• 
  Conduct therapeutic exercises, massage, and gait and balance training for patients.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patients progress during each session.
  
  
• 
  Communicate patient responses and treatment outcomes to the supervising physical therapist.
  
  
• 
  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all clinical protocols and licensing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess a valid Texas or compact state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  
  
• 
  Have a minimum of 2 years of PTA experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and patient confidentiality.
