Valanti Construction is a growing residential construction and real estate investment company serving the Greater Boston area. We renovate homes, manage construction projects, and transform properties through renovations, flips, and long-term investments.

We're looking for a Field Coordinator who enjoys being in the field more than behind a desk. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.

You'll spend your days visiting job sites, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and tenants, making deliveries and pickups, handling minor installations, and ensuring every project is progressing as planned.

This position offers tremendous growth potential. As you demonstrate leadership and project management skills, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager and take on greater responsibility within the company.

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000–$85,000 annual salary

Compensation:

$75,000 – $85,000

Responsibilities:

As our Field Coordinator, you'll be the eyes and ears of our active projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Visit multiple construction sites throughout the Greater Boston area

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, clients, and tenants

• Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving forward

• Perform quality walkthroughs and report progress to leadership

• Identify issues early and help resolve them before they impact the project

• Handle deliveries, material pickups, and transportation of supplies between job sites

• Assist with light construction tasks and minor installations, such as installing microwaves, dishwashers, hardware, or completing other punch-list items

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professionally maintained

• Document project progress with photos and detailed updates

• Assist with organizing bids, project documentation, and project management software

• Support additional operational tasks as needed to help the team succeed

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who enjoys construction, takes initiative, and wants to build a long-term career.

You'd be a great fit if you are:

• Experienced in residential construction (2+ years preferred)

• Handy and comfortable completing basic installation and repair work

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• A proactive communicator who follows through

• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field

• Hard-working and willing to jump in wherever needed

• Growth-minded and excited to develop into a leadership role

• Comfortable spending much of your day driving between project sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction, remodeling, or field operations experience

• Experience coordinating subcontractors or vendors

• Familiarity with construction schedules and job site operations

• Comfortable using computers, project management software, and mobile apps

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Reliable vehicle preferred (vehicle reimbursement provided). The company is also open to providing a work truck or van for the right candidate.
