The Kind Of Person We’re Excited To Work With You possess the qualifications: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree. You're officially certified: Holding a valid state veterinary license. You have an unwavering commitment to emergency care: Self-directed and committed to ongoing learning. You’re driven to stay current with industry developments and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality. You're a pro at solving problems: Your decision-making skills are top-notch. You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through. Compensation And Sign-On Bonus Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $200,000–$260,000 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available No Non-Compete Clause Production Compensation: Eligible with No Negative Accrual; paid out quarterly The compensation range includes average base + production compensation.
