Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
• Direct experience working in schools, especially with grades 5-12 students
• Pediatric SLP and healthcare-related background preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, collaborative approach to student care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to help students reach their speech/language goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain up-to-date records and contribute to IEP process
• Participate in team meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Support students’ transition and generalization of skills within the classroom setting
