As a Receiving Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing the paperwork behind incoming waste shipments. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with systems, staying organized, and ensuring accuracy in a compliance-driven environment.Key Job ResponsibilitiesReview incoming shipment paperwork to ensure accuracy and completenessEnter manifest data into internal systems, verifying regulatory detailsGenerate and apply labels for waste containers using tracking softwarePartner with customer service to resolve documentation discrepanciesMaintain organized digital and physical records of shipmentsProcess and upload manifests and billing documents to required systemsOther duties as assignedDo you have what it takes?High school diploma or equivalent experienceComfortable using computers and data entry systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organizedAble to work independently and manage time effectivelyBasic math skills and ability to follow written proceduresKnowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations or SAP is a plusWhat's in for you?
