Remote Generative AI Specialist & ML Engineer

Peraton is seeking a Generative AI Specialist / AI & ML Developer to advance capabilities for U.S. defense information operations. This remote role focuses on LLMs, agentic AI workflows, and AI‑enabled platforms across CENTCOM and other commands.

You will design GPT‑4/5, Claude, Gemini solutions, build RAG systems, and ensure security and compliance, including bias mitigation and HITL workflows, while partnering with DoD systems like Maven and IRIS.
