Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated RN to join their team and provide exceptional care in the Family Birthing Center.

As a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of both mother and child. You will be responsible for managing patient care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing support and education to patients and their families.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and data collection focusing on physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive status
• Implement and adhere to care plans and procedures
• Identify and address patient learning needs and provide education
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Delegate and supervise patient care activities effectively
• Function as a Charge Nurse when required, managing patient assignments and coordinating staff coverage
• Maintain professional growth through ongoing education and training
• Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Current Washington State RN Licensure
• HCP Level of BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Advanced certifications such as AAP NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN’s Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required or preferred
