Job Description Packaging Associate|Franklin Park, IL|HIRING IMMEDIATELY Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 (per hour) Available Shift: Night Shift 7:00 pm - 7:00 am Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Checks finished product for quality issues, as it comes off of the conveyor. Packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into sleeves & boxes. Grinding scrap material out of sleeves. After packing containers, he / she will pass the box to the "tape machine". Responsible for keeping the work area clean. Builds and labels boxes as needed. Grinds poor quality product. Re-packs product as needed. Cleans inside and outside of machinery. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team is essential. Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
