???? Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Evening Shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM)

BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in our warm, family-style assisted living and memory care community.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.

• Assist with dinner service, hydration, and evening care routines.

• Complete bedtime care, including dressing residents for bed, toileting, oral hygiene, incontinence care, repositioning, and ensuring residents are comfortable and safe for the night.

• Perform resident rounds every two (2) hours, providing brief/incontinence changes, repositioning, toileting assistance, and comfort measures as needed.

• Assist residents with transfers using proper lifting techniques and equipment as needed.

• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition.

• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Engage with residents through meaningful conversation to create a positive, home-like environment.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized community.

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma CNA certification.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

• Compassionate, dependable, and reliable.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred but not required.
