Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred. Experience with wound care and restorative nursing programs preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records and complete therapy evaluations and progress notes.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Schedule: 5x8. Start: ASAP. Assignment length: 13 weeks.
