Role Description The Private Wealth Client Associate role is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Austin, Texas. This role supports Private Wealth Financial Advisors by managing day‑to‑day client service activities, including responding to client inquiries, preparing account documentation, and coordinating transactions. The Client Associate helps maintain and update client records, supports portfolio reviews and meeting preparation, and assists with client onboarding and account maintenance. This position also involves collaborating with advisors and internal partners to address client needs, ensure operational accuracy, and uphold regulatory and compliance requirements. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, personalized service to private wealth clients. Qualifications Foundational knowledge of finance and investments, including investment products, portfolio concepts, and market terminology. Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build trusted relationships. Relevant experience in wealth management, brokerage, or financial services client support preferred but not required (if recent college graduate). Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and follow established processes and regulations. Proficiency with office productivity tools and financial systems; comfort learning new platforms and technology. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Licensing such as Series7 and Series66 (or63/65) is preferred or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe. #J-18808-Ljbffr
