Premium Bartender - University of Arkansas
Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. Essential duties and responsibilities include adhering to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests, setting up assigned bars, maintaining stock, greeting guests, taking and processing orders for drinks, checking guests at the bar for proper identification, detecting and acting upon guest inebriation as trained, receiving cash from guests, making change, verifying validity of charges, recording charges, ensuring vouchers are properly executed, locking up and storing all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops, performing general cleaning tasks, arranging bottles and glasses, washing and sterilizing stemware, and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, and a ServSafe Alcohol Certificate.
