Retail Sales Consultant
ASTOUND Group - West Coast Production Facility
Astound is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to promote our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services in a dynamic store environment. You’ll engage walk-in customers, assess their needs, and recommend tailored broadband, video, and voice solutions. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, processing orders, activating services, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional, customer-first service. You’ll educate customers on WiFi and streaming options, support issue resolution, and represent Astound’s local, community-focused brand. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven telecommunications setting.
