Patient Meal Prep & Dining Services Tech

Primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook foodPerforms food delivery and service to the patients and café, takes care of all kitchen, dining, dish room needsSet-up, maintain, breakdown and clean up all areasMaintains a clean and sanitized work area including kitchen, café and diningDeliver patient meals and collect empty traysUnload delivery trucksStock and rotate suppliesMonitor all food temperatures to ensure they are in the correct range and replace as neededMonitors and cleans food service equipmentDuties may also include cashier responsibilitiesSet-up and serve catered events as requiredPhysical DemandsInvolves constant standing, pulling of carts and equipmentMust be able to lift 40 poundsMust be able to endure heatHours may be extended to meet the needs of the departmentShiftHours may vary anytime between 6:00am - 7:00pmPRN - As NeededHigh school diploma or equivalent GED2-3 years in a restaurant environmentMust have the ability to read and writeCPU experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
