Your Role What Awaits You

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory testscovering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile following established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out necessary preventative maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all lab procedures, play a role in training new staff or students, and help uphold high lab quality standards.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment while adhering to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
