## Continuous Improvement SpecialistApplylocations: Dallas, TX, USAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: JR6630It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.POSITION DESCRIPTION: This role supports Creation Technologies' Continuous Improvement strategy by leading and sustaining improvement activities that enhance operational performance and engage employees at all levels.REPORTING STRUCTURE: REPORTS TO CI MANAGER OR CI DIRECTOR DIRECT REPORTS (if applicable): NoneDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:* Lead small to medium CI projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive measurable improvements in quality, delivery, and cost.* Analyze processes, map workflows, and identify waste and variation to recommend targeted improvements that support operational goals.* Facilitate kaizen events, team discussions, and improvement workshops to build engagement and support successful implementation.* Train employees on basic CI tools and methods to strengthen problem-solving capabilities across the site.* Review operational data, generate project metrics, and communicate progress to functional leaders to ensure visibility and alignment.* Resolve moderately complex operational issues using structured problem-solving techniques to support daily performance improvement.* Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain to ensure improvements are integrated into daily operations.* Support sustainment activities by validating standard work, monitoring performance, and escalating risks to maintain long-term results.* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: Education* • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or equivalent experience.Experience* 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.* Demonstrated experience leading CI projects with measurable outcomes.Skills Required* Proficiency in Lean tools, process mapping, and data analysis.* Ability to identify waste, conduct root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions.* Strong facilitation and communication skills for leading events and team discussions.* Familiarity with analytics tools such as Minitab or similar software.* Ability to collaborate across departments and influence without formal authority.* Strong organizational skills, including project planning and documentation. *If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!* Creation Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
