Registered Nurse (Experienced) - Peds Cardiac StepdownWork Arrangement: On-Site Requisition Number: 270809 Regular or Temporary: Regular Location: Durham, NC, US, 27710 Personnel Area: DUKE HOSPITAL Date: Jul 4, 2026What you can expect Location: 2301 Erwin Rd, Durham, NC 27705 The Peds Cardiac Stepdown is located in Duke Central Tower at Duke University Hospital. Peds Cardiac Stepdown has 19 beds that primarily have infants through young adult patients with congenital heart disease, cardiac transplant, and cardiology patients that are trach and ventilator dependent. Nurse to patient staffing ratio is 1:3. Orientation is 4–6 weeks, depending on experience level.
