Shop Operator 2nd shift

We are looking for a Shop Operator 2nd shift located in Broken Arrow, OK supporting our Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) business.This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

• Second shift generally starts at 3:15 pm and may be 8, 10 or 12 hours depending on the workload (with some weekend overtime as needed)
• $20+ per hour based on prior experience with a $2.00 per hour shift differential

What You Will Do:

• Assemble and repair products such as pumps and motors, following defined work instructions, and using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
• Prepare and Coat surfaces of manufactured parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective materials (e.g. coating material, paint, varnish, blast)
• Use hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Contribute to the departments continuous improvement culture
• Some minor welding (if qualified)

Minimum Qualifications:

• This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
• Read, understand and speak English

• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required

• Atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system or skin may include fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
• Potential skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required
