Drug Product Manufacturing Associate I - Formulations 1st Shift

Drug Product Manufacturing Associate I supporting formulations production at a contract manufacturing organization. The role involves executing routine manufacturing procedures, operating production equipment, and maintaining compliance with cGMP regulations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks including sterile filtration, formulation, and in-process testing per SOPs
• Operate production equipment such as TFF systems, Rotavap, Microfluidizer, and autoclaves
• Accurately document, complete, and review batch records and Master Batch Records
• Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and sterilization preparation activities
• Maintain aseptic operations qualification in Grade A-D clean room areas and coordinate with production scheduling

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant manufacturing or laboratory experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed directions in GMP manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with cGMP, machine operations, and data entry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Compensation: $21.69-$24.41 per hour plus annual performance bonus eligibility
