Foreclosure Specialist

• Assist in mortgage discharge for paid-in-full loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Generate and review monthly reports for zeroed loans, including investors.
• Manage re-assignments and releases for fee-based investors on a monthly basis.
• Process land deal releases and satisfactions.
• Upload releases and re-assignments to Simplifile and ensure data accuracy.
• Enter data for recorded releases and re-assignments.
• Queue and mail prom notes to customers as required.
• Handle REO loan and equity trade releases efficiently.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the team lead or manager.
• Notarize Documents.
• Research online County records.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of mortgage and loan processes is an asset. Familiarity with Simplifile or similar document management systems. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
