The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week.Qualifications:Lift and carry 30 lb up stairsGrounds care. Pick-up trashWork under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment ManagerBilingual (any language) a plusUnderstand company policiesPayroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
