Landscaping Maintenance Tradesman

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Landscape Maintenance Tradesmen to join our team. The ideal candidates will have the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate proficiency in safely and effectively using basic landscape maintenance equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular lawn maintenance, including lawn mowing, edging, and line trimming.
• Carry out hand weeding, hedge trimming, and hand pruning to maintain the appearance and health of plants and shrubs.
• Remove debris and rake areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation of landscape areas.
• Identify and manage weeds within landscaped areas.
• Operate basic landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support basic irrigation tasks and identify potential issues (basic irrigation knowledge is a plus).

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of weed identification and basic plant care.
• Some basic irrigation knowledge is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
