Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekends, no holidays | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a variety of outpatient cases across the department
• Document patient care and progress using EPIC electronic health records
• Begin seeing patients within the first few days following departmental orientation
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (business casual attire)
• Badge in and out of the facility per required protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Minnesota
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency or ability to learn EPIC electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to quickly acclimate to a new department and begin patient care with minimal ramp-up time
