Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN, responsible for leading day-to-day operations of a T-Mobile-branded retail store. This role oversees sales performance, staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and store presentation to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The Store Manager coaches and develops team members, sets clear performance goals, and provides regular feedback and training to support professional growth. Daily responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction, resolving escalated customer issues, managing cash handling and loss prevention procedures, and ensuring adherence to company policies and carrier standards. The role also involves analyzing store metrics, implementing local marketing initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities. Effective Communication skills for coaching teams, interacting with customers, and partnering with leadership. Demonstrated Store Management experience in a retail environment, including staff supervision and operations oversight. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, cash handling controls, and inventory management. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators in a competitive retail setting. Leadership skills with experience hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating diverse teams. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software; comfort learning new technology. High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or relevant certifications are a plus.
