Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Request, organize, and summarize medical and non-medical records.
- Prepare deposition and trial materials, including subpoenas and exhibits.
- Manage case files and deadlines across multiple matters.
- Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.
- Support attorneys with trial prep, document production, and motion practice
- Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate (ABA-accredited)
- Litigation defense experience (medical malpractice preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g., iManage)
- Experience with time and billing software (e.g., Aderant)
- Medical background or experience reviewing medical records is a plus.
- Ability to meet billable hour requirements and work overtime as needed
