Patient Service Coordinator

Patient Services Coordinator Denton, Tx Job Description Greets patients and visitors to the clinic in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Checks in patients and informs clinical staff of patient arrival. Updates demographics and insurance information in the system. Answers, screens, and responds to routine questions, routing to appropriate personnel. Schedules returning appointments in accordance with physician and/or office guidelines. Maintains a neat and orderly lobby area and ensures adequate supply of forms. Critical Information Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. On-site position. Education/Licenses Needed High school diploma or equivalent required. At least eighteen months front medical office receptionist experience with insurance forms and scheduling software. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
