Responsibilities

* Support the planning and coordination of company programmes and their activities.
* Monitor programme implementation and progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
* Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent communication across teams.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive programme documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
* Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, responsible for taking minutes and tracking action items.
* Assist in managing programme budgets and tracking expenditures.
* Help identify potential risks and issues, and collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure all programme activities operate within company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Program Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
* A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
