Customer Management Assistant | Open-ended Temporary

Allendale, NJ area | Fully On-site

Monday - Friday | 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch

 

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Management Assistant to join their Customer Management team on a temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with data, learning ERP systems, communicating with employees at all levels, and handling customer setup activities with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer setups and related information within the company’s ERP system.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness and maintain organized customer records.
• Prepare and assist with basic reports using Excel and internal systems.
• Communicate with employees across various departments and levels to obtain and verify information.
• Assist the Customer Management team with administrative and data-related tasks as needed.
• Follow established procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system preferred.
• SAP experience is a strong plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Prior customer service, data entry, customer setup, administrative, or ERP experience is helpful.
