Legal Operations ManagerOur client is seeking a Legal Operations Manager for a hybrid position based in New York City. This role executes and improves core legal operations processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and client service, combining operational management, legal research, and administrative oversight with a focus on financial and compliance workflows.ResponsibilitiesDesign, document, and improve legal workflows including onboarding, conflict checks, engagement letters, and jurisdictional risk analysisManage subcontractor onboarding, template agreements, and process improvementsConduct internal and external audit readiness reviewsOversee legal vendors and projects including SOW collection, budget tracking, and deadline monitoringSupport legal technology implementation and department trainingMaintain compliance documentation and governance standardsTrack expenditures, assist with quarterly forecasts, and prepare budget reportsMaintain professional licenses and audit compliance with regulations governing investigations and diligence servicesCoordinate corporate governance documentation and liaise with domestic and international corporate services providersConduct research on data privacy, employment, licensing, subpoenas, insurance, and cross-border transactions and summarize findings for CLO and senior leadershipRequirements3–5 years in a paralegal or legal operations role within a corporate legal department or professional services firmStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgmentProficient in legal research tools with ability to deliver accurate, timely insightsClear professional writing and confident communication skillsAdvanced Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Word, Teams, and legal technology toolsUndergraduate degree; paralegal experience requiredSalary: $90,000 - $125,000 (non-exempt + some OT)Benefits Include: Discretionary Bonus, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Parental Leave, Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, Flexible spending accounts (FSAs), Transit and Parking.Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
