Our BCBAs are supported with: Scheduling – Our scheduling team ensures your clients are consistently scheduled, so you don’t have to chase down sessions. Reports – Our Quality Control team partners with you to review reports, provide training, and ensure your documentation meets the highest standards. Billing – Handles claim submissions, so you don’t have to worry about reimbursement. Administrative Support – Work alongside practicum students, floor support managers, and a dedicated reception team who keep daily operations running smoothly. Professional development benefits include: CEU and professional development stipend Conference and workshop opportunities Support to create CEUs with a $500 bonus for presentations Tuition reimbursement for graduate or professional degrees Opportunities to participate in research projects and present at conferences Internal growth opportunities and promotions Responsibilities Creating appropriate programming for the client based upon the results from initial and ongoing evaluations, needs of the client, as well as provide support utilizing best ethical practices Maintain clinical requirements for client supervision based upon the guidelines set forth by the specific insurance company or community mental health organization in addition to the specifications listed within Gateway policies and procedures Lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment Meet with treatment staff, as needed, to help assist in case management and staff continuing training and development Exercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols based upon Gateway policies and procedures, and in accordance with Gateway organizational philosophy/mission Determine appropriate and effective techniques to be used in implementation of goals of any treatment plans Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, and based upon these assessments, design and maintain top quality treatment programs, which align with Gateway policies/procedures and organizational philosophy/mission Oversee and maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports for internal and external processes Encourage and engage parents and/or caretakers in parent training for all relevant treatment techniques Prepare and attend client educational meetings such as IEP’s and develop treatment recommendations therein Maintains credentialing and licensing as required through procedures set forth by the state of Michigan and the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) Attends all required trainings, conferences, colloquium to remain in compliance with guidelines set forth within the policies and procedures of Gateway Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and with Gateway policies and procedures manual Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders including school personnel and administration, outside service providers, and any and all other persons whom they may come into contact with Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all of their client and staff interactions Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Director of Administrative Operations, and the Clinical or Regional/Territory Director About our Line of Business Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a leading provider of comprehensive pediatric therapy services.
