Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and machinery. Coordinate and work with contractors, sub‑contractors, and vendors to complete jobs. Serve as a frontline company representative and provide excellent customer service. Work on the ground as needed. Work quickly, productively and safely to meet production goals as outlined by the foreman, superintendent and/or production manager. Follow direction of the foreman and/or superintendent regarding daily production schedule and activities. Advocate safety and follow safety policies and procedures. Participate in job‑site and safety meetings and all company-related training. Work with the foreman or crew leader to ensure the job site is safe and traffic is controlled prior to commencing work. Communicate effectively and maintain constant contact with other equipment operators, truck drivers and general laborers. Invoke Sunland’s core values. Report problems and malfunctioning equipment or machinery to supervisor or shop personnel. Set up and tear down equipment as needed. Maintain a clean job site; pick up all tools and equipment and secure the site each day. Use hand tools such as rakes, shovels, wheel barrels, etc. Perform all other general laborer work as needed. Any and all duties assigned. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Six months to one year of related experience is preferred. Ability to speak, read and write English. Willingness to travel to any and all job sites without exception. A current driver’s license is preferred. Clean motor‑vehicle record if operating a company vehicle. Must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening and background check.
