What You Will Be Doing Executing scheduled on-site inspections at Northwest campuses using documented criteria for cleanliness, HVAC, safety, security, signage, landscaping, furniture, and tour-readiness, then ensuring corrective actions are completed and verified. Responding to facilities issues and emergencies by coordinating vendors and campus staff, closing work orders only after confirming resolution (urgent within 24 hours, standard within 1 week). Overseeing local vendor compliance with service agreements, terminating consistently underperforming contractors, renegotiating contracts, and conducting direct accountability discussions on quality and budget. Establishing a weekly operational cadence with Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists, providing clear written updates on regional standards compliance, vendor metrics, escalations, and capital expenditure tracking. Regional Operations Director Key Responsibilities Maintain every Northwest region campus as safe, premium, and tour-ready every day. Basic Requirements Located in the Northwest region (CA, WA, NV, UT, OR, or ID), with strong preference for San Francisco Bay Area proximity, and capable of significant time at Bay Area campuses with 30–50% regional travel. Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. 5+ years managing multi-site facilities, regional operations, hospitality operations, retail operations, or school operations.
