Sales and Marketing Representative (Entry Level)

Full-Time | Paid Training | Phoenix, AZ

Rogue Enterprises is expanding into the Phoenix area, and we're looking for ambitious, competitive individuals who are ready to launch a career in sales and marketing.

If you're someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and likes the challenge of hitting goals, this could be a great fit. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching, so no previous sales experience is required. We're looking for individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

Represent our client brands through face-to-face customer interactions
Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
Build positive relationships while delivering excellent customer service
Learn effective sales, marketing, and communication strategies
Work with a supportive team to achieve individual and team performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Who We're Looking For:

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Team players who enjoy collaborating with others
Customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
