Job Summary:
Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center, a premier long-term care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeping professional to join our team in Roswell, NM. As a Housekeeping team member, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility, ensuring our residents feel cared for in every way. Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and disinfection
• Perform daily tasks, such as emptying trash, restocking linens, and replenishing toiletries
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently, practicing cost-effective and eco-friendly practices
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
• Participate in quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation
• Demonstrate respect and compassion for our residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field (0 years of experience required)
Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
