*About the Opportunity* We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated *Title Clerk* to join a thriving, high-volume operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow within a stable organization.
This role is primarily focused on processing and organizing vehicle title documents-perfect for candidates who like hands-on administrative work without customer-facing responsibilities.
*What You'll Do*
* Process and organize *high volumes of vehicle titles* (approximately 4,000 per day across the team)
* Match titles to corresponding documents such as bills of sale
* Sort and alphabetize documents by dealer name
* Enter and track title information within internal systems
* Stamp, assign, and prepare titles for shipment
* Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced production environment
*What We're Looking For* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a *high-volume, fast-paced setting*
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and structured workflows
Quick learner with basic computer and typing skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
