Bakery Production Supervisor

We craft authentic sourdoughs, rustic baguettes, and specialty loaves using traditional long-fermentation techniques. We are looking for an experienced Bakery Production Supervisor to lead our bakehouse team, balance artisanal quality with daily output, and keep our production running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Lead Shift Operations: Direct daily workflow across mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing, and deck/rack oven baking.
