Shifts Available: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Rate of pay: $17.00 hour Min to $20.00 hour Max (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Observe and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.

• Maintain detailed and accurate medication administration records.

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and promote residents’ dignity and independence.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) in the state of VA

• Must hold a valid PCA certificate or Nurse Aide (NA) certificate .

• Must have current CPR certification .

• Previous experience in senior living or healthcare setting preferred.

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
