They care about their workers Lots of opportunities to learn and grow Title: IT Audit Manager (VP Level) Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 +Bonus Location: Manhattan (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Lead and execute IT and cybersecurity audits across infrastructure, applications, technology operations, and regulatory compliance. Assess risks, evaluate controls, identify root causes, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen the control environment. Participate in risk assessments, audit planning, and development of a risk‑based audit program. Prepare and present audit findings to management and serve as a trusted advisor on technology risk and controls. Monitor emerging technology, cybersecurity, and regulatory developments impacting the organization. Partner with stakeholders across the business while maintaining audit independence and objectivity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Technology, or related field. 8–12 years of IT Audit experience within a financial services environment and/or Big 4 public accounting. Strong knowledge of IT controls, cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems development, change management, and technology risk. Experience with frameworks and regulations such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL, FFIEC, ISO 27001/27002, and related guidance. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CIA, or similar are highly preferred. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
