Demand Generation Manager

About Equity Estates Equity Estates is an Atlanta-based luxury real estate investment firm founded in 2006. Through private funds with defined exits, investors share ownership and use of a portfolio of premium vacation homes in 65+ destinations worldwide. The firm manages $450M+ in assets across multiple funds, and a new fund is now open for investment. The Role You will bring new prospective investors into the Equity Estates database. You own paid acquisition, the budget behind it, and the tracking that shows which spend produces qualified leads. You work closely with Sales, Lifecycle/CRM, and Rev Ops on what happens after someone submits an inquiry. You are accountable for strategy, budget, and results. You will manage agencies and freelancers rather than doing all of the work yourself, but you must be an expert in allocating spend to maximize qualified lead generation, with a particular focus on paid media. Key Responsibilities Acquisition and budget Run paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, including retargeting visitors who have not yet inquired Allocate the channel budget and shift spend based on lead quality, opportunities, and investor acquisition cost Tracking and testing Define the conversion events the ad platforms optimize to, and check weekly that they flow correctly Work with Rev Ops to connect the CRM to Google and Meta so qualified leads and opportunities feed back into the platforms Build and run a testing calendar for audiences, ads, landing pages, and forms Landing pages and partners Write the creative brief and copy for demand generation landing pages, and work with Brand, which owns design and production Manage the agencies and freelancers for social, influencer, and SEO/AEO Handoff and reporting Partner with Lifecycle, CRM, and Sales on the handoff after an inquiry Work with Rev Ops on source tracking and reliable channel reporting Required About 3-5 years in demand generation, performance marketing, or paid media Hands-on Google and Meta buying with real budget ownership CRM experience, including integrating a CRM with ad platforms and setting up offline conversions (any CRM) Experience optimizing to qualified leads and opportunities, not platform-reported leads Strong reporting skills and the ability to make budget decisions from channel economics Experience directing agencies or freelancers while staying accountable for results Preferred Salesforce experience Marketing high-ticket, high-consideration, or high-net-worth offers with a longer sales cycle Experience with financial or regulated offerings Agency background Why Equity Estates A proven, growing firm: 20 years of history and a new fund currently open, so your work supports an active raise A differentiated product: a story that is easy to market An entrepreneurial culture: independent, hard-working people who like a challenge Visible impact: investor acquisition is central to each fund Compensation and perks: benefits included, bonus eligible, and travel benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Equity Estates LLC
