Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting students and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team as a School Psychologist on a contract assignment for the upcoming academic year. This full-time opportunity offers both on-site and select virtual positions, working closely with students, educators, and families to foster positive learning environments and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology
• Two years of experience as a school psychologist intern or equivalent
• State certification as a School Psychologist
• Strong ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, teachers, administrators, and families
• Capable of interpreting and preparing detailed psychological reports
• Comfort using technology and software for recordkeeping, evaluation, and correspondence

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive individual psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services
• Analyze student records, observations, parent/teacher input, and relevant medical information
• Provide mental health counseling for students in individual and group settings
• Actively consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and external agencies to support academic and behavioral success
• Participate in committee meetings, student assessment teams, and contribute to the development of IEPs
• Coordinate and implement crisis management procedures and interventions as needed
• Lead or take part in professional development sessions for staff and families
• Ensure all documentation meets federal, state, and district requirements
