Client Service Associate - Fiduciary

As a Client Service Associate within PNC’s Asset Management organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH and work in an in‑office setting. PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships. Actively manage client expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and services. Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement, demographic updates, beneficiary administration, security transfers, credit transactions and research requests. Identify opportunities for the use of digital tools to offer self‑service solutions successfully. Serve as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalate implementation and servicing issues as necessary to senior leadership. Communicate with internal partners to identify potential issues, working collectively to solve problems and track open issues to resolution. Learn and understand existing and upcoming technologies to support client consultation and requests. Proactively work to determine service improvements and solicit client input and feedback to drive client satisfaction. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $52,500.00 – $87,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
