EHS Specialist
The Judge Group
Our client us seeking an EHS Specialist to help drive a strong safety culture at their growing manufacturing facility. This hands-on role works closely with employees, supervisors, and leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.
**Extensive benefits are offered, including and not limited to, medical, dental, vision and 401k** Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with PPE, LOTO, contractor safety, and environmental requirements.
- Investigate incidents and support corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support waste management, emergency response, and continuous improvement efforts.
- An AS or BS industrial safety or related degree required.
- 0-2 years of overall manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be flexible throughout the year for paid overtime on projects/training .
