What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As an HR Generalist at Athenian Grill HQ, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: HR Communication : Act as the go-to resource for employees, providing clear and timely communication on HR policies, procedures, and updates. HR Compliance : Ensure all practices align with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining compliance across the board. Payroll Management : Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Hiring & Onboarding : Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires and setting them up for success. Training & Development : Coordinate and deliver training programs to support employee growth and development. What We’re Looking For: Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you’ll need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR-related role. Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices. Experience managing payroll processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
