For more information, visit Role Description This full-time Real Estate Broker role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Chicago Area but primarily in the Northwest Suburbs, with a mix of in-office, on-site property work, and some work-from-home flexibility. The broker will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting market analyses, listing presentations, home showings, and negotiation of offers and contracts. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications, guiding clients through each step of the buying and selling process, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and collaborating with lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closings. The broker will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, prepare accurate documentation, and use company technology and marketing tools to promote listings and build a personal client portfolio. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with experience in residential property transactions. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, active listening, and client relationship management. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and a proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed performance goals. Candidates should possess a working knowledge of Real Property principles, local market conditions, and basic contract and regulatory requirements. Active real estate broker or salesperson license in Illinois (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally. Comfort with technology platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools used for listing promotion and client engagement. Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and deadlines, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
