As we expand our leadership and planning for upcoming launches, we are seeking a Global Brand Director to drive the commercial success of several upcoming biosimilar launches —ensuring that patients across the globe gain timely and sustainable access to these technologically advanced medicines.Our Team, Your ImpactAs Global Brand Director Biosimilars you will be responsible for the successful launch of the next wave of biosimilars and ensure sustainable commercial success. In close partnership with the regions & functions, you will design brand plans, tactics and marketing campaigns that deliver best-in-class launches and biosimilar leadership in key markets, particularly the US and Europe.This position will be based out of Parsippany, NJ in a hybrid work environment, 2-3 days onsite.How You’ll Spend Your DayBuild deep understanding of the biosimilar market dynamics, customer segments and journeysDeliver brand plans, tactics, commercial strategies and marketing campaigns for upcoming biosimilar launches in close collaboration with the key regions and functionsDrive launch excellence by leading cross-functional and cross-regional launch teams – championing a co-creation approach – to define launch plans, success metrics, and overseeing the end-to-end launch executionMonitor performance, identify gaps, guide interventions and initiate life cycle management activities to maximize commercial successProvide commercial input for development and LCM programs and enable training initiatives for marketing and sales teamsBuild and maintain a strong network with key internal stakeholdersInspire and develop high-performing commercials teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.Your Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 7 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a minimum of 3 years in commercial (marketing and sales) leadership roles.Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.Proven success in commercially launching branded products internationally, preferably EU5 or US commercial rolesExperience with digital marketing strategiesAbility to lead cross-functional global teams and drive alignment across complex organizationsExperience in the biosimilar market is preferredBachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree preferredSalary RangeThe annual starting salary for this position is between $179,000 – 224,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
